Who Are We?
We are the University of Florida Chapter of Primary Care Progress, a national organization with the mission to create an inter-professional network of leaders to transform primary care.
UF Primary Care Progress’ aim is to enhance interprofessional teamwork in primary care to improve health equity, quality of care, and health empowerment in the community of Gainesville and surrounding communities.
PCP’s purpose is to develop an inter-professional team to improve primary care through our four pillars:
- Pipeline to Primary Care Careers
- Quality Improvement and Innovative Models of Healthcare Delivery
- Leadership and Interdisciplinary Teamwork
- Community Engagement
